The manager in 1st place in my only H2H league has 295 transactions so far and has a 21-game lead over 2nd and 3rd place. Some of the managers in the league are pissed off (mostly because they're not winning IMO), citing "borderline cheating". This guy's strategy is pretty simple - he has no bench pitchers and has a ton of hitters and streams four new pitchers every day along with his three closers. What is so amazing is that he'll uber-stream any bum on the WW and usually takes wins, saves and K's just about every week (and sometimes ERA/WHIP).
I myself do not think this is "cheating", but doesn't this strategy go against the "spirit" of fantasy? Due to some bad luck and my drafting of Prior and Sheets, I'm in last place, but a playoff berth still isn't out of the question for me yet... Just to have some fun I was thinking of dropping some of my guys so as to beat him to the punch by doing a little streaming myself, maybe I can screw up his mojo... What do you guys think about this situation?

I have one guy streaming pitchers (though not to your extreme case), and he was like 9th in my league 
Is there any kind of moves limit or innings limit in this league? That would certainly help in this case, or subtract loses from wins 
Without any kind of limits, I would be extremely annoyed if there is a guy like that in my league, but he's playing within the rules set by the league.....

thats why shallow H2H leagues need a transaction limit, 295 is ridiculous but perfectly fair.

I dont see anyway you can call it cheating. Annoying, for sure. If you can stream, and pick better pitchers then him than it might not be a bad idea, at least in perhaps a slightly lesser degree. A lot of H2H rosters look when the play off start, do yours?

I agree that it's not cheating, but yes it's annoying... If I can make the playoffs, I might have a chance if my guys can get hot, I'm not giving up yet. And to answer waver123's question, it's a standard yahoo h2h league so there isn't a limit on transactions...
