| Thanks in advance for this, Gang. I appreciate the input. Fine tuning for the streth run... Need some Expert advice.
I have TWO trades possibilities on the table right this second with two different owners.
Basically they hinge on steals or saves. With a couple of big names involved.
Which trade do I do, if any?
TRADE A) I GIVE C. Patterson, Guardado and Saito FOR M. Rivera.
TRADE B) I GIVE Pedro & C. Patterson FOR Figgins and one of Robertson/Bush/Sabathia/Miner
5x5 - 12 Teams - Currently in 1st Place

Personally I wouldn't do either of the trades. Trade A I definately wouldn't do - I know Saito is no Rivera but he's been doing OK and Patterson is worth more than what you are seeking. Patterson and Steady Eddie for Rivera I would maybe do as long as you got the OF depth to handle it and guys who can make up for Patterson's SB's.

| I wouldn't do the first...Saito's been great, and he's the only game in town now....think you might be overpaying for Rivera... The second is more intriguing b/c of Pedro's injuries....and the Mets probably don't need him to win the division, so he'll have all the time he needs to get back. I think Figgins have under perfomed a bit average wise...so it'd be nice to get him. I'm all for dumping the overachieving Patterson too, and Sabathia has pitched well of late...as long as he stays healthy, he could be a second half stud. So after saying all that, IMHO I'm not overwhelmed with both, so I wouldn't do either. Think you might be able to find better offers for this bunch.
