Coburn has managed to go from Matt Carle type "PP QB of the future" hype to "stay-at-home defensive defenseman" type in a matter of 15-months.

I still think he has some potential and with Steve McCarthy out of the lineup I think he gets a chance. However, I am much more bullish on him now than I would have been at this time last year.

Apparently he has concentration issues - which are never a good thing.

If you are looking for a long-shot at lightning in a bottle. Go nuts.

But I think Mark Popovic is the bet with better odds to have a chance at PP time in Atlanta.
