| That is a superb team in a 12 teamer. You can't really upgrade at any of your OF spots (realistically), SS or C, and your starting pitching is a nice blend of strikeout guys with big upside; I think Weeks and O-dog will be more than adequate options at 2nd as well. Since you only start 2 each of SP and RP, it would seem, then the only reason you would want P's on your bench is if you could find good value and it's a daily league. That being hte case, I would look to dump Pudge and Aurilia in an attempt to get some guys with really big upside--Adam Lind, Josh Hamilton, Corey Hart come to mind right off the bat, as guys who might not be rostered yet in a shallow 12 teamer. Sure you can't play any of them at OF, but they give you a nice backup should one of your starters get hurt, and plenty of trade bait if one or two blow up. You could also look to pick up someone like that so you can try and pull a 2:1 to upgrade Zimmerman to a Wright, Miggy Cab or ARod. Very nice team though. And in parting--shallow leagues like this are all about stud accumulation; yes, in every league you want studs but the more 2:1's you can pull the better off you are because of the available talent on the wire.
