which trade is better for my team: 1) carlos beltran and todd helton for vlad?

or 2) carlos beltran, tim lincecum, todd helton and michael barrett for chase utley, ian snell and kenji johjima

i feel like if i do the 2nd trade im getting rid of more ppl that i dont want

my team :c-barrett, 1b-cuddyer, 2b-kaz matsui, 3b-adrian beltre, ss-furcal, of-beltran/sizemore/jonny gomes, util/bench-todd helton and josh hamilton
