Relax? What catagories are you doing well and poorly in? Looks like a good team. You seem to hae a glut of OF, try trading a couple for an upgrade at 1B.

Benching Johan Santana? Are you kidding me?
Zambrano and Liriano I can see. But Johan? He's better than every pitcher you have in. If it were me, I'd kick either Soriano or Davies.
Get Johan in, son, and be quick about it.
Regarding trades - agree with what C-Dub said.

I'd see what you can do about getting an upgrade at 3B and SS. I wouldn't worry a ton about 1B if you have Dunn to plug in there when Johnson isn't doing so great. Other than that, your team looks pretty solid, so try and be patient and you should see a climb in the standings.
