It looks like the league you won was a private league, it's denoted by the little padlock icon to the far right. That explains why it didn't work for you. Join and win a public league this year and maybe we can join up in the same winner's league next year (provided I can win one as well).

Really? It should pop up for you if you won a league and are using the same screen name... Try this link, maybe it will show up... Look for it under "competition level"

You have to have won a Yahoo! public league title the previous year. If so, you can choose between winners, competitive or casual under the difficulty setting.

I also bailed today and I agree that the lack of interest is extraordinarily sad. I remember the days where I couldn't even get into TMR leagues because they simply filled up too fast. I wanted to tell a few buddies about this league so as to help fill it up but the whole point was to test our mettle against fellow TMR'ers. It is completely obvious that that is just a pipe-dream now.

Also, I deleted my post to TMR in the suggestions forum where I pleaded for his help in getting the old experts back here. Looks like Matt is too busy to even visit us on occasion and that we have been left to our own devices.

If either of you guys have winner's league eligib. in Yahoo!, check the experts' NBA forum for some info. about a league that I joined. There is a hitman in this league and it will be a challenge taking him down. It would be great to see you guys there.

Like Havok and Tbone have stated before, I say we just keep plugging away.

EDIT: If you guys aren't winner's league eligible in Yahoo!, there are two spots left in a public league I joined today. Try Public/Roto/Competitive/Live Draft settings at the time below and look for the same league number before registering. I'm Mr. Blue Sky.

Yea, I was in and left this morning. I found another league going on here at work and three is enough for me. I am appalled at the lack of interest here. I remember Southpaw having to create multiple TMR baseball leagues to handle us all back in the day. The fact we can't even get half a league together really goes to show the state of these boards. wow...only 2 people have joined up so far. im pretty disgusted at the lack of participation on this board. i havent even seen a sign of the "experts" for awhile...if others dont start joining up, i guess im just going to have to delete the league. i really dont want to publish it and make it a public league..

hey havok and jumphook, hope you dont mind my decision..ill give it a week to see if others will join up.

I totally agree with altering the draft time. Starting up a draft at 11pm on a Wednesday doesn't bode well for my sleep schedule so that I'll be functional at work on Thursday.

If it can't be moved, I'll still be there but I'm a proponent of setting a new date/time.

Also, start a post in another section as we really need to recruit to fill this bad boy up.

The draft time is a big question mark for me as I will be starting a second job soon but if something were set in stone right away I might be able to plan ahead and be present, whatever the time.

Also, I bet we could gain a couple of managers if we posted the league info. to the Football forum as an off-topic thread. Maybe everyone hasn't scrolled down. Gotta get cracking if we are going to fill this league. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

Roto here, and as long as it's not an ESPN league. I like Havok's idea with rebounds and I like to have turnovers in some capacity.

I'm a big roto guy. Wouldn't mind seeing a category like Asst/TO ratio in there instead of just the standard cats. Also, I like splitting up OReb and DReb. Just my $.02
