Hockeysfuture.com has him ranked as the #1 prospect in NHL.  Phillips will only contribute PIM and +/-.  EJ will be a top 4 d-man in STL and should get PP time.  Any thoughts?  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, Kuba is available on WW.  He had 15g last year.
