Most of your team has spent some time this season being injured. Baron Davis usually misses a lot of games, but is golden when he doesnt. Ray Allen & Brandon Roy are out. Your lineup looks a little weak in the assist category. Baron, Lebron, and Mo are pretty much your assist guys, so maybe try trading one your players for someone who has a high APG. otherwise, you shouldnt do to bad this season, but like i said, most of your guys have already been injured this season and have missed several games...
