Ok here are the players that I have to pick 3 of. Green and James are definate keepers. Davis is who I am leaning to as my 3rd keeper but he is getting old and Foster is there. Bennett is good but injury prone and doesn't get goal line carries. I am also thinking about keeping either McNair or Ward. I haven't found any trading partners. Thoughts?

Okay, here's what you do. As you say, keep Green. He is a definite keeper. James...maybe. To be honest, you don't mention S. Davis, and I think I would keep him over James. McNair is nice, but I have a thing about keeping QB's. You can usually find a QB late in your draft that will post solid numbers. If you don't keep all three of those RB's, and that just might be your best bet, then I would keep Green, Davis and Steve Smith(emerging STUD receiver). I would say Joe Horn, but his injuries are of concern. Hope that helps some.
