Alright, 12-category league with the following cats:
FGM, FG%, FTM, FT%, 3PTM, 3PT%, PTS, REB, AST, ST, BLK, A/T.
My squad:
PG - G. Arenas
SG - B. Wells
G - C. Billups
SF -R. Davis
PF - N. Krstic
F - D. Howard
C - T. Duncan
C - M. Okur
BN - P. Brown
BN - T. Prince
BN - D. Stoudamire
BN -T. Ford
As you can see, I need to move a point guard so I'm not having TJ Ford waste away on the bench, or Damon Stoudamire. I was thinking about moving Chauncey Billups.
I've been offered Michael Redd and Donyell Marshall for Chauncey and PJ Brown... but I think I'm not getting enough in return. I'm looking for an upgrade over Krstic at PF, although he has been fairly solid.
Do you guys have any suggestions?

Your PG's: Arenas, Billups, Stoudamire, Ford.
I would reccomend going for a SG eligible point guard, for example Kirk Hinrich. With the way your rosters are set up (PG, SG, G, no util slots), you could definitely take threes, assists and steals if you were playing three stud PG's every day. I'd try and deal Ford and maybe Bonzi Wells for Kirk Hinrich. Ford's value is seemingly at it's peak, and Bonzi is expendable since you'll be replacing him with a SG-eligible Hinrich. If Ford and Wells, doesn't work, try to replace Wells with Prince or something like that.
I think that if you could get Hinrich for Ford and Wells/Prince, you'd be in terrific shape to make a run at first in your league.
As for the Redd/Donyell offer -- I'd pass.
Krstic isn't a terrible option at PF by any stretch, but there's nothing wrong with wanting to upgrade there. You could try to do something like I mentioned above (maybe Ford and Prince, or just Ford depending on how much others like him) for a big man (preferably a block/board stud).

I agree, try to move Ford instead of Billups. Sell high while you can.
I would move Davis as well, you are wasting the all-around production of Prince on your bench. And Davis is playing fairly well, too.
If you want an upgrade at PF, try going after Bosh, Gasol, Brand - dangling Howard, Ford and Davis should do the trick while you would have 1 or 2 spots to stream. I know these guys are not exactly buy low candidates, but they are worth their price.
I would keep Wells, his value is lower now than his production.

I've tried a few combinations to get Elton Brand, Pau Gasol, and Bosh with TJ Ford, Howard, and Davis, but none are biting.
The best offer I've gotten is Elton Brand/Caron Butler for Gilbert Arenas/Tayshaun Prince. But I think I may be giving up too much there. What do you guys think?
I'm going to try TJ Ford for Kirk Hinrich straight up, in the meanttime.
