It's on like Donkey Kong[:p]
As for Dampier, honestly wouldn't attempt to guess at where he'd go at this point, probably due to the fact that he'll most likely not be drafting him. Career year + Contract year should equal a dropoff, perhaps an ugly one. MNS'll probably either be on his C's early or late in the draft, and Dampier'll probably be one of those guy's who's off the board before he's willing to burn a pick on him anyway.

Arenas could be good next year but he can be had in the second or third round. So I won't waste a first round pick on him. I'd rather pick AI over him. If nothing AI is a big name which I can use in a blockbuster trade. Gibby's time will come .. just not this year.
About Dampier I'd rather have someone else take him and settle for Camby/Dalembert. If I can get Dampier cheap enough I'll trade him right after the draft.

There is no way I draft Damp early. I agree the other posters on this. I was wondering though what team he ends up with? I think MNS is correct that Damp will regress toward the mean this year. Meaning a considerable drop off in double-doubles. He'll get his share in November december and then drop off. Despite the injury scare, I like Camby in the later rounds at C. I also like Mark Blount as a sleeper at center. Especially if he starts.
All's well that ends well.

Definitely #1 is Garnett -- the man does it ALL, outside of 3-point shooting, which you can get from other sources very easily.
I would never select Shaq unless he fell big time.. that FT shooting just kills. Kobe definitely moves up on my list if he can avoid jailtime.. I'd put him in the top 3-4. McGrady moves up as well -- that FG should improve vastly as well as his assist totals. Francis will be a big fat AVOID as far as I'm concerned.. I don't want to be saddled with that potentially horrendous FG% and large sums of turnovers.
