So far, these playoffs are terrific. Boy i'm happy that Calgary sent Vancouver packing.

MTL VS. TB --- My pick MTL. On paper. TB is the obvious choice but there's this mystique surrounding MTL that makes it impossible not to root for them...even from an old Nordiques fan!!!

TOR-PHI; Tough, tough, tough...it is going to be a real physical serie... But I have to go with Philadelphia...Too big, too much talent...too unproven a goaltendre egh..oups... anyway, PHiladelphia in 5

CAL VS. DET ----Calgary all the way..Kiprusoff is outstanding!!!

SJ-COL --- A classic matchup which will make me sleep really late and be red-eyed in front of my students...SJ in 6...

Okay, I'll go on record....

Best goalie wins all 4 series.

Montreal vs. Toronto in the East (a wet dream for Canadian hockey fans)

Detroit vs. San Jose in the West.

Toronto vs Detroit cup final. Cujo vs. Belfour. (A wet dream for Toronto hockey fans)

I guess that is pretty suggestive, isn't it?

Best goalie of the moment, or best goalie over their career, it's not neccessarily the same thing.

I'd love to see the Lightning vs. the Flames in the cup final (if the Leafs can't make it), because I loaded up with Calgary and Tampa Bay in the hockey pool. It would pretty much guarantee my winning.
