Basically, he reitirates he will keep McMurray for next season, and he is starting a 4th team. His drivers will be:

McMurray - reluctantly
Mears - moving to the 4th car
Stremme
Sorenson

McMurray and Busch most likely get out of thier contracts thru letigation and a buy out.

I think this move to try and retain McMurray is more to stick it to Jack Roush than anything .... Sebatis had some choice words for Jack earlier this week.

You know what David, I don't think they will. I think Nascar is different in the fact that their drivers have a little more loyalty to their owners than other sports - and I think they will stay where they are.

Ganassi has adamantly stated he will not release McMurray from his contract. Roush, on the other hand, may let Busch out of his because he wants McMurray early and he's the person being blamed for all of this early contract negotiations and drivers wanting to be released before their contracts are up.

Then again, if I were Jack Roush, I wouldn't let Busch go early. He is the defending champion and he is in the top 10 points standings.

Ganassi on the other hand - I don't think he has a lot at stake, except the fact that he doesn't think there are a lot of quality drivers out there to replace Jamie McMurray. But how "quality" is Jamie McMurray? At this point, Michael Waltrip looks a little more promising.

Jamie McMurray only has one cup win and he was the cup ROTY. He has 2 Busch Wins and couple of Go Kart Championships under his belt.

Kurt Busch has 13 cup wins to date, 4 truck wins and completely bypassed the busch series because of his driving skills. He also had a Dwarf Championship and ROTY, a Hobby Stock Championship and an ROTY and Championship in the Southwest Touring Division.

Jack Roush definitely has more to lose than Ganassi. We'll see if what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
