OK i get to keep 3 guys, but all have to be at different positions so im going to keep a qb/rb/wr and not a te b/c my options there are weak. 12 team league, we start 2 qb, 3 rb, 3 wr, 1 wr/rb, 1 te. heres the point system:
all td's = 6
pass yrds = 1 point per 25 yrds
rush yrd = 1 point per 15 yrds
recieve yrd = 1 point per 15 yrds
receptions = .5 points
int/fumbles lost = -2 points
My keeper options:
qb- bulger, brooks, leftwich,
wr- horn, darrel jackson, driver, charles rogers,
rb- duece mccalister, travis henry, egde
right now im sure im going to keep mccalister and im leaning towards rogers and bulger, but might go w/ horn, leftwich or brooks, im not sure. i finished 2nd last yr even w/ the NO connection but I think I should break it apart this year. help me out!

Also you should look into edge. This guy is in a contract year and is driven by money. Could have a huge year. Charles Rogers will be a very good keeper as well.
Go BrewCrew.
Ben Sheets is the next Curt Schilling.
Lean back.
Go Pack.

With th .5 per reception I don't know that you don't keep James over Duece but I guess I would still keep Duece. I suggest keeping either Horn or Jackson at Wr giving the edge to Horn because he can actually catch and hold onto the ball. Driver and Rogers have too many question marks. QB get really tough. I guess Bulger is the choice if only because the Rams D isn't going to be that good this year so they will have to throw a lot but the -2 per interception would make me leary of Bulger. Is there anyway you could trade James for another QB?
No, I know nothing about baseball but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

I like Deuce, Horn and Leftwich out of that group. I would take Bulger, but he will throw 15 plus INT's this year and in your league's scoring system that would really hurt you. The only crappy thing is that a Saints bye week will kill you, but it is only one week. Leftwich will have a very nice season and a healthy Fred Taylor will only make him better.

Bulger- too many options on offense not to keep. Healthier WR corps than last year and Faulk split-out more (w/ Jackson in backfield) should help. Also, doesn't have 2 time MVP Kurt Warner looming on the sidelines and half the crowd rooting for him to be pulled. Honestly, you gonna keep a 2nd year guy (aka sophomore slump) w/ 1 WR or the Pro-Bowl MVP? What's an INT here or there when a guy throws for 3000 yards and 30 TDs? And Fred Taylor was healthy last year. How much more can he help Lefty? Shame on you Guru.[ ]
Deuce- ready to explode. Arguably best keeper RB in the NFL. really. Bigger and faster than everyone thinks, and subsequently, more durable. Caught more passes than any other rb last year didn't he? If not, he was top 3. Edge is a lost man in Indy's offense anymore. Peyton makes way too much money for Edge to get the ball every time inside the 5. Shouldn't work that way, but it does. And remember the Pats stuffing him 4 straight times to preserve the win in the regular season last year? Tony Dungy does. You gotta love Henry, who plays with a broken leg. But not even the Bills are sure what they've got in him. He's a fumbler, and a healthy and effective McGahee could spell doom for Henry owners, and you can't have that kind of risk attached to one of your keepers.
Rogers - You can make a case for all your WR's, except Driver. He lost his hold on the #1 spot, he's frail, and Favre won't be around after next year. D-Jax will be a solid player and should put up decent enough numbers, but the upside's not there in an offense that starts and ends w/ Shaun Alexander, especially since K-Robs better, and Hass likes to throw it to Itula Mili as much as anybody in the redzone. Rogers and the Warrior are really your only choices, and you really can't go wrong either way. They're basically polar-opposites, so the choice here should come down to personal preference. Horn's a very strong candidate. He had like, 10 touchdowns in a 'down' year last year and there's an 83% chance he'll play every game this year. Rogers looked studly, but injuries this year could lead to 'fragile' label.
Though Mr. Nate Snell really likes Horn this year, he'd keep Rogers. Horn can't play forever, especially if he plays every game every year. Rogers should only get better, and Detroit actually looks like they could make some noise on offense this year. Every Lion on offense is a sleeper this year. Keep Bulger, Deuce and Rogers and you've got three excellent young stars-in-the-making on three different, explosive offenses, so you're not screwed when the Saints get shutout.
