Hard to say without seeing the rest of your team.
Without that knowledge, though, I would say pass. While you are getting a stud PG and a stud PF, you're losing a ton of depth. The step down from Arenas to Bibby isn't very big at all, and while K-Mart is obviously no Bosh, he's by all means a servicable PF. Joe Johnson will be a stud this year, Przy is a block and board monster, and Miles is one of the better players for a bad team, and should have a very nice season.
