In a league where I'm desperate for pitching. Have extra LF in Holliday and Gomes. Was thinking of trading one of them for Zito.

when desperate for pitching then i say yes but otherwise i'd rather have Holliday on my team.

Well it's an 18 team H2H league.
My pitching staff consists of
Felix Hernandez
Brandon Webb
Jeff Weaver
Greg Maddux
Fred Garcia
Ervin Santana
Scott Kazmir
Mariano Rivera
Brad Lidge
Rafael Soriano
My LF is Carlos Lee, with Holliday and Gomes on the bench. Also have Wilkerson playing Centre, with Gathright on my bench. RF is Aubrey Huff.
Am I underrating my pitching staff?

For an 18-team league, it sounds as tho you had a pretty good draft!
The answer to your question of whether you are under-rating your staff lies in what the other 17 staffs look like. Again, it would seem as tho you have a strong SP staff for such a large league. But maybe that's just me, and the very next guy will tell you that your roster sucks! 
Keep Holliday for sure on this one, cuz ya ain't gonna get another chance for a Bat later in the season (when one of your other OFs go down).
