| Yahoo 12 team league standard roto format...I participated in a draft prior to the draft kit coming out...so I offered j.jokinen and chara for tanguay after reading the calgary team profile. This is the counter :Tanguay/Seabrook for Svatos/Pitkanen. My team atsyuk,Briere,Havlat,Jokinen,Svatos,Prucha,Redden,Chara,Pitkanen,Bergeron,Nylander,Conroy,Berard(yes,Ian, I know he is a millstone),Pothier,Kiprusoff,Raycroft,Bryzgalov. What do you think?If you need his team I can supply it.

The advantage you have with that defensive core is so amazing, I'd hate to break them up.
I don't like the deal as is... but I also don't understand why he wouldn't take the Chara trade (which was perfectly fair).
Maybe seeing his team would help come up with a counter.

What do you think?If you need his team I can supply it. as the writer of the Calgary preview, let me just say, thanks for reading. now ... i think your offer was too much initially and the other guy should've snapped it up. his counter is a little weighted his way. you should counter and offer up Berard if you're going to take another potential +/- problem in Seabrook. Seabrook finished on the right side of the +/- spectrum and he could do it again but there are going to be +/- problems for virtually everyone in Chicago. if you're taking him in a deal then i'd move Berard to get him. Pitkanen is gonna be pretty huge this season as the main point man on the Philly PP. count on him to be close to 50 pts or over, great +/- and decent PIMs. you don't want to trade him. i think the other guy may be drooling that you offered so much for Tanguay and he undoubtedly thinks that you're overvaluing him. maybe you are. maybe i did in the preview. see if Tanguay/Seabrook for Svatos/Berard works.
