Here are my thoughts on your team. You still have some improving to do . ..

pg: iverson (pg) - Stud who should have PG/SG elig. before too long
sg: jason richardson (sg) - still not 100%, patience required.
g: gerald wallace (sg, sf) - Wait for him to go on a run and trade him. Trust me, he gets hurt within 4 weeks of returning from each injury.
sf: morris peterson (sg, sf) - Under-rated and should do well posting up for 3pointers on an up-tempo attack. Think Q-Rich 2 years ago as upside.
pf: chris bosh (pf, c) - Stud if the foot holds up
f: chris webber (pf) - Ack, if he goes on a run, trade him too. Injury risk.
c: chris kaman (c) - Coming off bench due to minor injury, will be starting soon and is a top 10-15 center
C: sam dalembert (c) - Hate this guy. If you can trade him you should. Maybe for Chris Wilcox?
util: deron williams (pg) - best kept secret at PG. Keep him, cuz no one will trade fair value for him.
util: speedy claxton (pg) - HAS to get better, so hang tight to see what happens. Platooning with Lue at the moment, which is a joke IMO.
util: danny granger (sf, pf) - Might lost starting role, but keep the faith. Upside can't be matched on waiver wire.
bn: jamal crawford (sg) - Ugh
bn: cuttino mobley (sg) - Always under-rated and will improve. Good schedule too.
bn: rudy gay (sf, pf) - Good upside, but what happens to his minutes when Gasol returns? Too much risk for me. I bet they go Mike Miller, Hakim Warrick, and Paul Gasol in the front court. Tsakalidis is not on par talent-wise with these guys.
bn: udonis haslem (pf) - Ugh. Valuable until Shaq returns, but only marginally. I'm sure you can do better on the wire.

I like these guys if no one grabbed them in your league yet:
Shareef (looks to start for Brad Miller due to injury, could earn C eligibility to go with his SF/PF)
Q-Rich
Hedo Turkoglu
Kurt Thomas
Grant Hill (for now until he gets hurt)
Childress
Dampier (will start soon, just healing up injury)
Hakim Warrick (assuming Gasol moves to C when he returns, Warrick starts still)
