If this trade wasn't offered by the guy leading me by half a game I would probably make this trade, regardless of whether I think it's an even trade- I don't need addai and winslow would be an upgrade at te.  But since that's not the case, I was wondering what people thought about the trade all things considered.  Here is my roster (way too many players I know and this is a 12 team league):

qb- Bulger, rb- LJ, rb- Julius Jones, wr- Holt, wr- Colston, wr- Boldin, te- Witten, k- Kaeding, D- Broncos

Bench: rb- T. Jones, rb- Addai, rb- Rhodes, rb- M. Barber, rb- M. Turner, wr- Ike Bruce, wr- B. Johnson, wr- E. Kennision, D- Bills, D- Falcons

So I'm pretty deep at rb.  I guess Addai might possibly start during the playoffs but it will be hard to start him over one of the Joneses (Colts play Jax first week of my playoffs, so prob not then, but Cincy and Houston final two weeks of playoffs).  The other concern is that Dungy rests starters the last couple of weeks and Addai is useless to me.  I could offer Jones instead of Addai in return, and he is willing to deal either of his Tes, Winslow and T. Gonzalez.  The final consideration is that I would likely be improving the team half a game in front of me without necessarily greatly improving my team (other than Gore, at rb he has Lundy, Mike Bell and a bunch of backups).  Thinking this through as I write it I'm pretty convinced I shouldn't do the deal, but I would appreciate any thoughts you guys have.  Basically is the improvement of Winslow/Gonzalez over Witten worth giving a solid starting rb to another playoff team? (3 in division make playoffs so we are both a lock at this point).  Thanks for reading this rambling nonsense and for any opinion you have.

I think the risks outweigh the rewards. If it's me I'm not helping a guy who is deficient at RB who is a possible playoff opponent. I say stick with what ya got and good luck in the playoffs!
