I'd go with Garcia. They are going to have to throw it and Westbrook functions as a top receiver to go with Stallworth and Reggie Brown. With Brady he may get some nice yardage but they are also going to pound it on the ground and the backs tend to get the TDs.
Garcia has all the upside, but Brady is the safer play. Roll the dice with Garcia.
