In a 12 team, 6x4 roto league, I just had a trade offer accepted (Tanguay/Carle/Thomas for his Jovanovski/Luongo) but I need a hole to fill. There are plenty of options to choose from but I am wondering who you'd shoot for. Here's the selection:

Daniel Cleary (Det - LW,RW)
Gary Roberts (Fla - LW)
Zach Parise (NJ - C,LW)
Michael Cammalleri (LA - C)
Kevin Bieska (Van - D)
Duncan Keith (Chi - D)
Anze Kopitar (LA - C)
Tom Poti (NYI - D)
Shane Doan (Pho - RW)
Ales Hemsky (Edm - RW)
Marek Svatos (Col - RW)
Milan Hejduk (Col - RW)
Wojtek Wolski (Col - LW)
Andrew Brunette (Col - LW)
Ryan Suter (Nsh - D) (on waivers)
Chris Osgood (Det - G)
Curtis Joseph (Pho - G)
JS Aubin (Tor - G)
Kevin Weekes (NYR - G)
Mikael Tellqvist (Pho - G)

I know that Parise is an obvious choice for a pickup but I am concerned about my goaltending now that Theodore has lost to Budaj in Colorado and I know I don't have any sexy options in the FA. I need to improve in the following areas: Goals (T-10th), PIM's (10th), GAA (12th), SV% (10th) and I am 8th overall in the standings (yuk). What do you think? (BTW, I didn't realize I had the top two lines at Colorado (except Sakic) in the FA pool until just now so that's nice if they can turn it around.) Here's my team after the deal comes through:

C Daniel Briere (Buf - C)
C Marc Savard (Bos - C)
LW Cory Stillman (Car - LW)
LW Ray Whitney (Car - LW)
RW Steve Sullivan (Nsh - RW)
RW Daniel Alfredsson (Ott - RW)
D Ed Jovanovski (Pho - D)
D Sami Salo (Van - D)
D Jaroslav Spacek (Buf - D)
D Joni Pitkanen (Phi - D)
BN Pavol Demitra (Min - C,RW)
BN Brenden Morrow (Dal - LW)
BN (Empty)

G Roberto Luongo (Van - G)
G Henrik Lundqvist (NYR - G)
BN Jose Theodore (Col - G)

Thanks guys.

i like Parise first and then Cleary.  i wouldnt worry too much about Lundqvist although some are really getting down on him.  he'll be fine and with that offense in NYR he'll win his share of games.  he's fine as a G2 like you have him.  your goalie #s will improve a good bunch now that you've added Luongo too.

Nice trade.

I'll go out on a limb and recommend Bieksa to spell Pitkanen, if not replace him.
--edit
Bieksa made my TMRX trade of Briere/Miller/Roberts/Bieksa for Kovalchuk/Lundqvist/Svatos/Hamhuis more palatable, even if the jury's still out.

Anyway, I've been wrong before, just so's you know.

I just realized that the header in this topic sounds very, very bad so I apologize for that if you read it that way as well. Unfortunately, Parise was taken this morning before the deal could hit my team (until Tuesday) so now Cleary moves up but what do you guys think of anyone else for my roster? Also, add Francois Beauchemin (Anh - D) and Chris Higgins (Mon - C,LW) to the waiver wire from the Parise add.

Any of Cleary, Hemsky or Higgins would be good adds, imho. Hemsky first if you need assists more than goals.
