The ad "Congratulations. You're the 1,000,000th visitor. You've won a laptop" or whatever, is causing me problems.
From wherever it appears on my screen, its black background fills the remainder of my screen (downwards and rightwards) when I'm trying to read articles, making it impossible to see the article text.
I'm using Safari 1.0.3 (v85.8.1) on Mac OS X 10.2.8
-- not the latest versions available, I know (I'm averse to upgrades for the sake of upgrades -- let someone else be their beta tester).
btw, many of the TMR site's navigation links don't work with this setup, but I work around it.
