| I'm just wondering what Dominik Hasek's trade value would be right about now. I'm in a regular 10 team, H2H league and am very comfortably in 2nd place, so I'm looking to move Hasek now while his value is at its peak and he's not injured. I can endure a few months of lesser goaltending and still make our playoffs without much of a problem, so I'd like to acquire a goalie that is much more likely to be healthy come fantasy playoff time. Another guy in our league has been dangling some ideas involving Huet, which I'm quite interested in seeing that I also have Aebischer on my roster, and was wondering what type of player I should try and get thrown in on this deal in order to make it (I'm looking for a goal scoring winger). His current offer is Erik Cole and Huet for Hasek and Frolov, which I declined as I think Frolov is just as good a goal scoring threat and I don't really need any of the PIMs or +/ that Cole may have. His wingers: Ovechkin, Gionta, Cole, Kariya, Sykora, Zherdev My wingers: Kovalchuk, Alfredsson, Frolov, Nagy, Hejduk, Perry, Radulov, Prospal We start four wingers in our line-up. Any thoughts/advice? Thanks.

Thanks. welcome first of all. offer up Perry/Hasek for Huet/Cole. maybe start by offering Prospal/Hasek to see if he goes for that. if you don't want to go that way then offer Frolov/Hasek but insist on Kariya/Huet or Gionta/Huet. you could even try Alfredsson/Hasek for Huet/Ovechkin, wouldn't that be cool?

I like Ian's suggestions. Even if you got those +/- and PIM's that Cole would bring, it would give you the boost you know you would need now and in the playoffs in every matchup. Always play your strengths if they are there.
PS - Welcome to the TMR boards.

| Hey, thanks for the advice. Unfortunately the guy that said he was interested in Hasek does not seem to be that interested. He keeps asking for me to throw in a forward better than the one he is offering, despite the fact I'm giving up the better goalie!! I eventually had to tell him to go suck a lemon.
