I'm not a huge fan of that deal - either htere have to be more people available on the waiver wire or you can trade for a better point guard by using B-Diddy+Childress.

I show above the three week average for these two players. As you can (hopefully) see, you would lose a lot in FG%, REB, and a fair amount in PTS. However, this would buy you an uptick in AST. I think it ll depends on your view of what happens to Blake when AI returns. I happen to be on the side of the fence that says he will still get AST and playing time. Perhaps, though, his AST will go down slightly. You're getting a slightly less valuable player overall (because Blake is not as guaranteed of PT as Childress), but if it meets your needs, then I could see pulling the trigger. Just be aware of which cats you're giving up and make sure you can afford it.

I am thinking 6-7 assists per game for Blake when AI comes back. If those extra assists help more than losig Childresss number then do the deal.
