I've been offered Jermaine and Roy in exchange for Duncan and Sheed. Should I do this trade? If yes what categories would it hurt and help?

It looks to me like it's pretty even.  Your loss in FG% and the gain in FT% is really the only big difference--one would think Sheed's shooting percentage would go up with Webber able to actually make some noise down low now; I think the 3's are negligible given all the time that Roy has missed. Sheed's big killer has been his paltry 12.5 points per game this year (ugh!). Really depends on what you need. I think Duncan is clearly the best player in this deal but JON is reasonably close.
