I have Chara on my team, and he has been great all season up until the last month or so.  Should I drop him with playoffs (h2h) coming up soon?

no.  if you're satisfied then you should try and trade him but don't just drop him, he still has very good value.  Chara is still a top 25 D this season in G, A, PIM and PPP, unfortunately his +/- is not as stellar as predicted.

you could land a very nice option if you shopped Chara around.
