| After reading yesterday's (3/11) TRUM, I walked away feeling nothing but disappointed. As a Premium Member, which I have been for a few years, I have had my reservations regarding the deal with ESPN. Pending some resolution to the current issue, I fear these reservations might be coming to fruition. In the TRUM it was mentioned that you are not posting an NCAA Guide this year because you were so impressed with ESPN's information. However, as with most things on ESPN, you have to be an Insider to get access to this information that is going to make us "very, very happy." In addition, in previous postings/TRUMs, if I recall correctly, it has been mentioned that Premium Members of this site will receive Insider Access to ESPN, at least for a specified time period. To be honest, I do not recall exactly what the proposal was, but I believe this to be somewhat accurate. I can only speak for myself, but I have to believe that others will agree, that it is unreasonable to expect your paying members here to pay an additional fee to join EPSN to obtain/view this information. I hope that you see the inequity in this situation, and do something to rectify it - either by posting the Guide on this site, or getting your Premium Members immediate access to the information on ESPN.

| Last year's NCAA work was a bonus for Premium members. We never commited to doing it every year. It was also produced mostly by Christopher Harris, who left the site for Yahoo in June and whom we were happy to hire back to ESPN in February. However, he is not available to produce content for TalentedMrRoto.com. Frankly, we couldn't have afforded him on TMR, not without doubling or trippling everyone's subscriptions. Apprehensions about the move to ESPN aside, when the move is finalized (It has been announced, but now ownership has yet to change hands) then the rest of TMR's assets will be incorporated into the ESPN offering, and Premium members will receive Insider memberships. And in exchange, ESPN will give us the assets to do what we want to do for fantasy. You may feel like you're losing a little, but there's a lot to gain as well.

| Might I add... Chris, Pete, myself and I believe maybe 1 or 2 others tops were involved in creating last year's package, much of which was lists of rosters and stats that you could find anywhere... and the package that ESPN has compiled with their resources far exceeds anything we could do when it comes to the factual data. What you are missing is the analysis and the "TMR point of view" --- but I have been writing an NCAA column all season, and the current article is the same one that would have run in a NCAA Kit, should we have had it. (Perhaps Dave Hunter will post his picks somewhere, and then you'd have a little more of his point of view). But it is not like Matt and Pete took the product we would have put here and posted it on ESPN instead... we simply do not have the resources to compete with a full-time year-round dedicated to NCAA Hoops staff. In MLB and NFL and NBA and NHL, we have a lot more different material to offer. Spending hours putting together a list of each team's starting 5 is really not necessary when you could go to ESPN and find it easily. Other than that, while I love the NCAA, it's really not Fantasy Sports, and I am grateful Matthew and Pete allow me to write an article on the subject at all.
