Do i pick him up? He is on a blow minus todays game but i think he could do more than raja bell. should i drop bell for him? im losing a lot of threes that i need so i wont do it now but im thinking big right now for francis because i need consistency for the playoffs which is next week for my league.

| Keep Bell. Dropping Tinsley for Francis makes more sense, though Francis is better than Tinsley only because he is more consistent.
