| Honestly, I won't be following either. It's not a vendetta. I just don't like ESPN and I've been unimpressed with the transition. No hard feelings, no ill will. Just a personal decision.

aroquentin (7/17/2007) Honestly, I won't be following either. It's not a vendetta. I just don't like ESPN and I've been unimpressed with the transition. No hard feelings, no ill will. Just a personal decision.I understand what you're saying. I mean, if you don't like ESPN...you don't like 'em. I'm that way with certain things as well. It's hard to get that bad taste out of your mouth with some companies...like Wal-Mart for me. I just hate shopping there (employee's are rude, too crowded, etc.), but if there's a particular product at Wal-Mart that's on sale that I absolutely need to have, I gut it out and shop there. Sort of a lame analogy, I guess. I just find it hard to believe if you're a TRUM reader, a Matthew Berry fan, or a fan of the TMR product, including the TMR writers, that you would stop reading altogether because of ESPN. The product is just too good to pass up, no matter where it's hosted. I see nothing but a positive outlook from the ESPN/TMR relationship...the page layouts and content are nothing like they've ever done before now that we're there. If you don't follow us over to ESPN, we're gonna miss you, Aroquentin. You've been a big contributor to these boards.

| Mathew Berry's move to ESPN is like a world famous Chef going to McDonald's. Sure, he'll improve the quality of their food. But it will never be as good as the four star restaurant he used to run.

I guess that's complimentary...in a way. If you don't follow Matthew or the TMR product to ESPN, for whatever your reasons are, it'll be your loss...and I think it's time we end this thread now. It has served its purpose.
