Brett Favre is playing lights out like he is 27 again...and chicago is worst in the league with pass defense...but it's still chicago
Brees has well...struggled...but carolina is a good matchup for Brees...weak safeties...so possible breakout game?

I like Brees for the breakout game but go with the sure thing in Favre.
