Should I pull the trigger on this deal?
I give Kobe, Lamar Odom and Eddie Griffen
and I get Tim Duncan, Andre Miller and Luke Ridnour.
It is 12 team a head to head league with the following categories:

Just on first view, I think the answer is yes, if Duncan has C eligibility. I'm not sure how you got Marion and Kobe, but your team looks strong. The only part where you are weak is at C and in depth. This trade helps out both. Additionally, this league has two rebounding cats, which Duncan should help sure up every week.
If Miller and Ridnour meet their pre-season expectations, I think you win this trade...Griffin is basically a throwin because with Duncan, you won't need his blocks or his threes. I think Duncan and Kobe are about equal in this type of league, and that the combo of Miller and Ridnour, allowing you to take Dunleavy or Bogut out of your lineup, is better than Odom.

Thanks for the reply. To answer your question about Kobe and Marion, it is a keeper league in which 3 players get carried over and I traded for Marion last season, although I cant remember the details (my other keeper was Jermaine O'neal).
I agree with your assessment...I am quite weak at C right now, although that may change if Jermaine O'Neal or Bosh can get C eligibility.

i agree with the others
also.. the lakers have the fewest games in the 3 weeks of playoffs (only 10 games vs 14 for some)
between kobe and odom thats 8 potential lost games..

| I say do the deal too, as much as I hate to say you should give up Kobe for Duncan, in this league, where rebs get twice the value, I say pull the trigger.
